Most of the time I was with IRA, I was not directly responsible for writing the creative for IRA event marketing. Either I was working in another area, or I was overseeing the entire marketing department and supervising event marketing that was being executed by others. However, I did write several ads and managed some promotional pieces to support the conferences area in years when there multiple events the same year, such as a World Congress and regional conferences and the year when there were two conventions. Below are ads and direct mail pieces that I worked on for the conferences department.
This ad appeared in our Reading Today newspaper to promote the Minneapolis site for the Annual Convention. The same year there was also a convention in New Orleans.
